Founded Guerilla Kitchen — a community food operations platform that replaced manual allocation chaos with a fairness-based algorithm. No-shows dropped from ~7 to 1 per session. Volunteer admin time cut dramatically. Multi-client architecture built for scale from day one.
Founder — Apple Ecosystem Pet Fostering Platform
Founded fluffybutt — a native Apple ecosystem platform connecting animal shelters, foster carers, and adopters. Live foster updates, shelter management portal, structured care logging, and analytics-ready event architecture. Built for the people who give animals a second chance.
The animal rescue sector is driven by passion and held back by fragmented communication. Shelters have no visibility of what's happening in foster placements. Foster carers feel unsupported between check-ins. Adopters make decisions with incomplete information. fluffybutt was built to fix all three — with a native, multi-platform Apple ecosystem experience: iOS, iPadOS, and macOS. The product gives shelters a real-time management portal, gives foster carers a structured update and logging flow, and gives adopters meaningful visibility into the animals they're considering. The event architecture is analytics-ready from day one — built to support data-driven insights into placement success rates, care patterns, and adoption outcomes at scale. Native was a deliberate product decision: the emotional nature of fostering and adoption interactions demands experiences that feel polished, personal, and reliable — exactly what native Apple development delivers.
